We have long-standing partnerships with leading brands, event companies and professional corporations. Our company is split into three different subsidiary businesses; Club, Consultancy and Events.

We operate as an intermediary. We are efficient and cost effective in bridging the gap between leisure, consumer access and brand diversity. Whether you are a Public Figure, Business or Consumer, one of our businesses can effectively cater to you!

We work in partnership with SME and FTSE businesses. Those that are dedicated to seeing diversity, representation and equality across all spectrums of life. We are not limited to any global region or industry.

• To ensure the effective distribution of promotional information and materials e.g. electronically, mailings services , in print and direct contact
• To direct assist DLOW management and promotional team to carry out promotional distribution and activity as required to promote DLOW Services
• To carry out market research activities e.g. distribution of questionnaires to members, feedback forms to client partner, recruiting influencers for focus groups
• To promote advertising opportunities to commercial talents such as models, public figures and other as required
• To monitor and record marketing spend with external supplies on a daily basis following procurement guidelines
• Write promotional copy for website, newsletters and social media
• Maintain and proactively update the website and social media
• To assist with the planning and attend a range of events such brand events, nightclub parties and client meetings
• To carry out administrative duties to ensure the successful operation of Facilities marketing
• In addition to the above, to carry out any such other duties comparable in responsibility, as may be directed by the Facilities Marketing and Communication Manager
• All work to be carried out with a customer-focused attitude, providing excellent customer service with a proactive work ethic
• Maintenance of confidentiality of information; it will be necessary to comply with requirements related to the Data Protection Act
• At all times to carry out your responsibilities with due regard DLOW MEMBERS CLUB code on Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety Codes of Practice and Child Protection Policy 16
• Must also be willing to undertake any necessary training and development

• Must have a flexible approach to working
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures
• Have a displayed interest for PR Marketing communications
• Demonstration of client etiquette and good email etiquette
